Kids Yoga (Ages 4-11)

This class is based on KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) method. KAY encompasses the 5 braches of Yoga in a clear engaging method. They will learn the proper techniques to handle anxiety through relaxation, focus and asanas (postures). A typical KAY class gets the children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, laughing, hopping, limboing, and storytelling ALL while practicing authentic Yoga to original KAY music. Prenatal Yoga

This class focuses on stretching postures, specific asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation to help alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, childbirth, and the after-effects of birth.

Private Classes

Each session is designed specifically for you, and will focus on exercises for your body type, taking into consideration your personal health and goals. If you are a beginner, it is a great way to learn proper alignment.
